Time and again some time Anaesthesologss get in this mood of being to write some thing which are not very pleasant for the collegues health and colleagues mistakes.
We as a speciality may be more prone for this compared to others or we take things more seriously of any mishaps amd mistakes.
Strong mentorship and good departmental support within each working department will help. One such example is AAGBI (Anaesthetists association of great brtain and Ireland) has mentorship and help and advice avaialabe and any diffcult colleagues or coleagues in diffcultiies would be able to seek help.
We should be able to prevent this from ever happenning .
